Head of Recruitment and Onboarding

We are opening a position for a Head of Recruitment and Onboarding in a large premium private healthcare company in Moscow.

We are looking for a strong recruitment leader who can build a systematic recruitment function, effectively handle a high workload, and improve hiring quality. The responsibilities include recruitment for office and mass positions, simultaneously managing a pool of up to 150 vacancies, managing a team of recruiters, and independently closing key and complex roles.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a management position in recruitment.
• Experience managing a large volume of vacancies and a team of recruiters.
• Skills in building and optimizing recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Practical experience in candidate assessment and Executive Search.
• Maturity, independence, and strong management and communication skills.
• English language proficiency – mandatory.

The position reports directly to the HR Director.

Compensation: 400,000 RUB gross.
