Responsibilities
- control over the execution of object estimates of capital expenditures (local and consolidated estimate calculations) in terms of types, volumes, and quality of work
- maintaining databases (ASUN, AS UVKD, AS "Statotchetnost'", dashboard, navigator, etc.), preparing necessary statistical and other reports on GOSB facilities, in accordance with current legislation and Bank Internal Regulations
- managing and controlling the budget allocated for the implementation of the RMTP plan considering the Business Order, in the context of assigned expense and cost estimate items relative to planned volumes. Analysis of budget utilization levels and the reasons affecting it
- conducting the Acceptance Commission, addressing comments, and putting the facility into operation, preparing necessary documentation for capitalizing the completed construction project
- participating in preparing tender documentation for procurement procedures
- monitoring and fulfilling contractual obligations (including warranties) with contracting organizations, working with primary documentation, conducting settlements, participating in claims work
- formulating proposals for facilities and budgeting volumes in the context of expense and cost estimates for inclusion in the targeted RMTP plan
- adhering to standards and formats for facilities that ensure maximum business efficiency in terms of developing technical specifications for design and checking working documentation for compliance with customer requirements and approved regulations
- working with regulatory and supervisory authorities (coordinating documentation, obtaining permits, participating in commissions, etc.)
- organizing work outside standardized schemes for organizing internal space: organizing and carrying out work when introducing new VSP formats; implementing projects of increased complexity considering the placement of Bank ecosystem zones (coffee points, Sber devices, Sber logistics, etc.) and other space configuration changes to meet business needs; organizing and carrying out activities related to changes in legislation in the urban planning sphere and industry standards
- implementing construction, reconstruction, and major repair projects for facilities costing up to 200 million rubles in accordance with customer needs
- organizing interaction, controlling, and coordinating the work of various bank services from the moment an internal client's request is received until the facility is equipped with necessary equipment for handover to the customer on a "turnkey" basis
- controlling the process of the contractor developing design/working documentation and conducting construction control with site visits (in terms of checking compliance with approved regulations on cost, approved total work cost, deadlines, and quality).
Requirements
- higher technical education in construction
- at least 1 year of experience in the field
- proficient command of software products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and basic / specialized software products used in the Bank
- knowledge of the fundamentals of economics and management in construction, knowledge of Russian legislation in the urban planning sphere and procurement activities
- willingness to use AI in daily work (training provided by the company — has its own courses).
