Description
We are looking for a Senior Construction Supervision Engineer to join our Property and Infrastructure Development Department.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- Prepare technical specifications for design and construction & installation works for competitive tendering procedures to select a contractor
- Prepare tender documentation for procurement procedures, coordinate contracts and estimate calculations
- Control the contractor's process of developing design/working documentation,
- Perform construction supervision with site visits
- Sign work completion certificates, control timelines, quality, and cost of construction & installation works at all project implementation stages
- Conduct acceptance commissions, control the elimination of defects, and commission the facility
- Prepare necessary documentation for putting the facility on the balance sheet, control and fulfill contractual obligations (including warranty).
Requirements
What is important for us:
- Higher education in civil engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Ability to use neural networks in daily work
- Having a Category B driver's license and a personal car will be an advantage.
