Description
A construction expert is needed for the real estate financing team to conduct construction expertise of real estate properties.
Responsibilities
- analyze the completeness, thoroughness, and sufficiency of title, initial-permitting, and design-estimate documentation;
- analyze the composition and completeness of cost accounting in the construction budget;
- analyze contractual documentation of investment-construction projects;
- analyze documentation for actually performed and paid construction and installation works, purchase of materials and engineering equipment, including analysis of compliance with design documentation and the approved construction budget;
- monitor compliance with the project implementation schedule, reasons for deviations;
- prepare reports on construction monitoring, including traveling to construction sites to assess deadlines and volumes of completed work.
Requirements
- higher engineering education (specialty in "industrial and civil construction" preferred);
- ability to calculate approximate volumes based on "P" stage design documentation;
- knowledge of all stages of construction (from preparing initial data for design to the moment of commissioning the facility);
- knowledge of construction technologies, analytical skills
- ability to use neural networks in daily work
