Description
The Services Support Department team is looking for a Chief Engineer for Construction Control, Operation and Maintenance of Buildings and Structures.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- check the contractor for the availability and correct execution of project, permit, and as-built documentation
- participate in the incoming inspection of documentation and materials, accept completed work together with specialists from related departments
- control the work of the contractor's services, record defects and monitor the elimination of orders
- interact with the contractor daily, maintain reporting on control results
- ensure compliance with safety requirements, industrial discipline and labor protection at sites.
Requirements
What is important to us:
- higher education in construction
- work experience as a construction specialist from 5 years (practical experience in organizing and conducting all types of construction control: incoming (materials, documentation), operational and acceptance, including drafting acts and orders)
- knowledge of urban planning legislation, estimate documentation and standards for the main types of construction work
- proficiency in the rules for execution and correction of project, as-built, and organizational-technological documentation, ability to read drawings and check work quality.
Additional advantage will be:
- experience with AI-tools
- inclusion in the National Register of Specialists NOSTROY
- availability of industrial safety certification (area A.1).
