Responsibilities
- conducts construction expertise of projects proposed for financing
- monitors the implementation of funded projects
- inspects the construction site
- approves project payments using credit funds
- supports the credit agreement
Requirements
- higher education in the construction field (economics in construction)
- at least 3 years of work experience in the construction sector
- at least 2 years of experience in the field of expertise and monitoring of construction projects
- skills in applying AI in professional activities (e.g., GigaChat, Kandinsky)
