Our team, specializing in real estate financing, is seeking an expert to analyze the construction component of projects.

Responsibilities

• review of permit documentation, analysis of construction participants (assessment of experience, compliance with the requirements of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation regarding SROs), evaluation of project timelines and implementation costs
• inspection of the site and photographic documentation of construction progress, determination of construction readiness, analysis of the reliability of provided documents regarding the scope and cost of work performed
• preparation of project conclusions, including conclusions on monitoring throughout the entire project implementation cycle.

Work feature: Monday-Friday schedule, shift mode

Requirements

• higher engineering education (preferably in "Industrial and Civil Engineering")
• experience in obtaining initial-permit and title-establishing documentation (GPZU, approvals for object placement in ZOUIT, conclusions of design documentation expertise, construction permits, commissioning permits, and others)
• experience in developing work schedules, experience working with MS Project, Primavera software
• experience in calculating construction estimates for facilities
• experience in preparing KS-2, KS-3, experience in construction control, experience in construction work handover and acceptance
• willingness to travel on business trips
• skills in applying AI in professional activities (for example, GigaChat, Kandinsky).
