Responsibilities
What you will do:
- organize the uninterrupted functioning of engineering systems and equipment at the Bank's real estate properties: monitor the technical condition and prepare engineering systems and equipment for seasonal operation
- interact with regulatory and supervisory authorities regarding the approval of documentation, obtaining permits, and participation in commissions
- monitor the fulfillment of contractual obligations with contractor organizations and participate in claim work
- ensure response and elimination of emergencies at the bank's properties.
Requirements
What is important to us:
- higher technical or specialized secondary education
- at least 3 years of experience in the operation of power supply and/or heat supply systems.
Additional advantages will be:

- experience in construction control of engineering system installation as part of real estate reconstruction
