We are looking for a Recruitment Team Lead who can combine strong hands-on recruiting with real leadership and structure.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and growing a distributed recruitment team • Building processes, structure, and scalable workflows • Driving KPIs and improving hiring performance • Staying hands-on with key and complex roles • Partnering closely with stakeholders and clients • Designing onboarding and training for recruiters

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years in full-cycle recruitment • 2+ years in a leadership role • Experience scaling teams and managing remote recruiters • Strong process-driven mindset with focus on results • Fluent English + Ukrainian and/or Russian • Someone proactive, structured, and easy to work with

Nice to have:

• iGaming / high-risk industry experience • Agency background
