We are an American startup in the Oral Care category. Our flagship product is whitening strips. We are now actively entering new markets and expanding our product portfolio: flavored toothpastes, foams, electric toothbrushes. We have a small team, but we have a real product with strong results on Amazon and the ambition to become a global brand! In connection with this, we are looking for a Head of Product / Senior Product Manager:

Your areas of responsibility: ▪️ Portfolio management: 8-12 products simultaneously at different stages; ▪️ Working with factories (China, Korea): RFQ, samples, contracts, quality control; ▪️ Product dossier for each SKU: formula, INCI, documents, packaging; ▪️ Synchronization with MLT (regulatory) for markets: what is allowed, what is not, what needs to be changed; ▪️ Sample and focus group management; ▪️ Guaranteeing: milestones, critical path, risks; ▪️ Product training for the sales team.

Will be an advantage: ▪️ Experience in oral care, skincare, or pharma, ability to read INCI lists and basic understanding of cosmetic chemistry; ▪️ Experience working with Asian manufacturers: negotiations, contracts, control; ▪️ English - confident B2+, ability to conduct business correspondence with partners; **▪ **Simultaneous management of 5+ products at different stages - personal experience; ▪️ Understanding of the Korean or Chinese market, experience with Amazon (product requirements for listing); **▪️ **Experience launching products from scratch - not managing an existing portfolio.

Working conditions: ▪️ Fully remote format with a 5/2 schedule; ▪️ Direct subordination to the company's COO; ▪️ You will be responsible for the entire product portfolio - from idea to shelf. Not for the process, but for the result; ▪️ Payment in RUB/USD/USDT.
