Head of Product / Senior Product Manager Remote

American startup in the Oral Care category. Flagship product: whitening strips with strong results on Amazon. We are expanding the portfolio (pastes, foams, electric toothbrushes) and entering new markets with the ambition to become a global brand. We are looking for a product manager who will take ownership of the entire product portfolio — from idea to shelf.

**Responsibilities: ** • Portfolio management: simultaneous management of 8–12 products at different stages
• Work with factories (China, Korea): RFQ, samples, contracts, quality control
• Maintain product dossiers for each SKU: formula, INCI, documents, packaging
• Synchronization with MLT (regulatory) for markets: adaptation to local requirements
• Management of samples and focus groups
• Control of milestones, critical path, and risks
• Product training for the sales team

Will be a significant advantage:
• Experience in oral care, skincare, or pharma, ability to read INCI lists and understanding of cosmetic chemistry
• Experience working with Asian manufacturers: negotiations, contracts, control
• English from B2+ (business correspondence with partners)
• Personal experience in simultaneously managing 5+ products at different stages
• Understanding of the Korean/Chinese market and Amazon requirements for listings
• Experience launching products from scratch, not just managing an existing portfolio
