**Business System Analyst (Middle / Middle+) for International Settlements **🌍💳

Location and Citizenship: Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Armenia We are looking for a strong analyst for the stream responsible for international transfers, currency operations, and integrations with external payment/compliance systems.

IMPORTANT: We need a specialist with a deep focus on system analysis. We don't just do product discovery – we design complex technical solutions, process edge cases, describe APIs, and manage complex transaction state logic.

What you will do: Logic Design: Business process modeling (AS IS -> TO BE), State Machine design for operations. System Analysis: Feature decomposition into User Stories, API contract description, integration scenario development (sync/async). Architectural Work: Participation in architectural solution development together with the Tech Lead and Architect. Reliability: Detailed scenario development for errors, retries, and edge-case handling. Support: From requirements gathering to development control and acceptance participation.

Our expectations: Financial Domain: Experience with payment systems, understanding of SWIFT, currency operations, and basic knowledge of AML/sanctions control. Processes: Proficient in BPMN (modeling complex branches), ability to work with negative scenarios. Integrations (Hard Skills): Experience in designing REST API/SOAP integrations, understanding of event-driven architecture (message brokers, Kafka/RabbitMQ). Documentation: Understanding document versioning, designing approval processes, working with UML (sequence, component). Tools: Jira, Confluence, Swagger, Postman. Will be an advantage: Experience with compliance. Understanding of international payment standards.
