About the Team
Avito Part-time is a new service developing within the Avito Work vertical. The service provides opportunities for finding temporary employment without interviews, with online shift booking and payment through the service within 24 hours.
The product operates at the intersection of B2B and B2C segments, meeting the need of companies for temporary performers for various tasks, and provides users with a convenient way to find part-time work without unnecessary complications, reducing the time to start part-time work from a week to one day.
What tasks await you:
- Improve conversion from entering the service to the first successfully completed shift;
- Identify product and operational barriers, prioritize solutions, and evaluate their impact;
- Increase retention and the number of shifts per active performer;
- Develop work with professions requiring qualifications: pickers, cashiers, cooks, and other skilled professions;
- Segment the audience and launch activation and reactivation mechanics;
- Leverage the capabilities of the Avito ecosystem to grow the Part-time user base;
- Lead cross-functional projects with teams for product, development, analytics, marketing, operations, and other functions;
- Turn projects into measurable, automated, and sustainable processes.
We expect you to:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in project management, growth, or Business Operations;
- Have managed the full project cycle;
- Have worked with complex user funnels or mass operations, including with tens of thousands of users per month;
- Understand conversion, activation, cohort analysis, and retention;
- Be able to structure tasks and lead in a matrix team;
- Be focused on business results;
- Confidently use AI tools in daily work.
It would be great if you:
- Have experience with the supply side in delivery, taxi, marketplaces, or retail;
- Have launched projects for automation of operations, CRM, or contact centers.
