𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼 𝗟𝘁𝗱. is looking for a 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to manage software implementation projects for external banking clients.

📌 This role is for a Project Manager who can confidently manage structured projects, client-facing communication, keep documentation and communication clear, track risks and timelines, and ensure every project stage moves according to the agreed plan.

📋 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀

You will work on implementation, data migration, and support projects related to the 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 (𝗖𝗠𝗦) for banks. It is a software system for managing and controlling the card lifecycle.

🔧 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗼

• managing CMS implementation projects end-to-end,
• taking ownership of project planning, scope, timelines, risks, quality and reporting,
• keeping the client and internal teams aligned,
• ensuring compliance with company processes,
• working with technical specialists to understand project details and resolve issues efficiently.

🧾 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• 2+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Experience working with external clients, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Background in software implementation, customization, integration, or migration projects.
• Experience working in a Waterfall or structured delivery environment.
• Strong skills in managing scope, timelines, risks, documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Good understanding of software development, system architecture, and software delivery processes.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English for communication with international clients.
• Proactive, problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented approach.
