Accredited IT company "Systems and Algorithms" is looking for a Support Engineer

Role: Support Engineer Compensation: 235,000 RUB per month (gross) Work Format: remote (hybrid in Moscow is desirable) Location: Moscow, Russian Federation Company: Systems and Algorithms

Project Description: Goal: To ensure the stable operation, administration, and development of external systems used in the company (Kontur, EGAIS, Chestny Znak, Mercury, etc.), including user support, incident management, change implementation, and continuous process improvement.

🩷What we expect from you: • Experience in supporting/administering external B2B systems or integration services. • Experience in 2nd-3rd line support, diagnostics, and complex incident resolution. • Experience with at least 2-3 systems: Kontur (Diadoc/EDI/Extern), EGAIS, Chestny Znak, Mercury. • Understanding of EDI, EDOS (Electronic Document Interchange), Digital Signatures/MChD (Universal Electronic Signature) and integration principles (API, exchange with ERP/accounting systems). • Experience interacting with vendors and contractors, supporting implementations. • Experience working with backlogs, task prioritization, and ITSM/Service Desk. • Incident diagnostics skills: logs, message tracing, error root cause analysis. • Ability to document processes and prepare user instructions. • System thinking, attentiveness, and the ability to interact clearly with the business.
