Manage projects at all stages - from concept to final implementation, manage the team within the project, assign tasks, control deadlines, synchronize creative, art, production, and contractors, prepare estimates and timelines, work out production solutions, assess risks, lead multi-format projects (advertising, documentaries, brand content, large events, complex construction)

SMM Producer Manage the content process (from idea to publication, including communication with contractors and the team), organize shoots for social networks and, if necessary, shoot additional material yourself, work with visuals, generate concepts through AI and finalize them in Figma / Photoshop, write strong texts in various styles and create meaningful mood boards, generate unconventional hypotheses and track trends

Creative Group Head Build large conceptual ideas that, through philosophy and positioning, can be broken down into multiple carriers, mechanics, and touchpoints, create a vision of the final result, assemble ideas and proposals into a cohesive story across different types of projects (communication, brand, events, shows, and special projects), lead the creative group, assign tasks, allocate resources, control quality and deadlines, defend ideas to the client and work at the intersection with other departments, develop teams, grow creators, juniors, and other department members
