About the role:
The team is looking for an analyst for whom Meta Ads is the primary work area and who is confident working with Pixel, Conversions API, events, and attribution.
What you will do:
- Develop end-to-end tracking: Meta Ads → website → Pixel/CAPI → CRM → payment.
- Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Datasets, Events, and Conversions API.
- Monitor event quality, deduplication, UTM tags, click ID, and attribution.
- Identify and fix data losses and discrepancies.
- Support integrations via API, webhooks, and n8n.
- Stay updated on Meta's changes and adapt the system to them in advance.
- Evaluate the impact of tracking quality on advertising effectiveness and business metrics.
Who we are looking for:
- A specialist with over three years of experience in web or marketing analytics and ad tracking.
- With deep practical expertise in Meta Ads, Pixel, and Conversions API.
- Capable of independently identifying and resolving data transfer issues.
- Using AI tools in daily work.
- With English language proficiency from B1.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Google Ads, GA4, and server-side tracking.
- amoCRM / Kommo.
- SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
