Performance Marketing Manager

Our product helps people and AI agents get work done from meetings, calls, lectures, interviews, and voice notes, giving users more space to think and create. We are a small, experienced team building a profitable and scalable AI business, with AI at the core of both our product and our daily work.

SpeakApp is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to join our growth team. You will work directly with the Head of Acquisition and CEO and help manage paid acquisition across mobile and web.

What you’ll do

• Launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, with occasional work on other paid acquisition channels.
• Monitor budgets, CAC, revenue, payback, retention, and LTV.
• Scale successful campaigns and diagnose performance issues.
• Support the creative team through structured testing, performance reports, and actionable insights.
• Analyze results across advertising platforms, payment data, and internal analytics.
• Monitor pixels, Conversion API, payment events, attribution, and data quality.
• Contribute acquisition expertise to landing pages, web funnels, and A/B tests together with the wider team.
• Use AI and automation to make acquisition, analysis, and reporting more efficient.
• Gradually take ownership of campaigns, budgets, and acquisition projects.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing or user acquisition experience.
• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads.
• Experience with mobile subscription apps.
• Good understanding of CAC, ROAS, payback, retention, and LTV.
• Experience with creative testing and performance analysis.
• Basic understanding of pixels, attribution, conversion events, and server-side tracking.
• Confidence working with spreadsheets and performance reports.
• Ability to independently investigate problems and propose solutions.
• Good written and spoken Russian for internal communication.
• Working English for audience research and English-language advertising and creatives.

Experience with additional acquisition channels, web-to-app funnels, Meta Conversion API, Stripe, MMPs, product analytics, or BI tools will be a plus. We actively use AI in our daily work. Experience with tools such as Codex, Claude Code, or similar AI tools for automation, analysis, reporting, research, landing pages, integrations, or technical problem-solving will be a major advantage.
