⚡ Seeking three strong Senior Product Managers to join the VK AdBlogger team immediately.

We are building a product for placing ads with creators: Advertisers come to us to find suitable creators and place ads with them. Creators — to earn money from their content. And our task is to ensure this system works well for both parties and grows.

1️⃣ Advertisers 🎯 Challenge — attract and retain more advertising budgets on the VK AdBlogger platform. For this, it's not enough to create a user-friendly ad launch interface. We need to understand what actually influences the effectiveness of placements with creators, learn to measure and improve it, help advertisers find suitable creators, and ultimately prove with results that the next advertising budget is worth bringing here again. There is a lot of data, ML, complex cause-and-effect relationships, and questions that rarely have a ready-made answer.

2️⃣ Creators 🎯 Challenge — help creators grow and increase their income. We need to understand which creators are missing from the system and who should be attracted to the platform. How to ensure creators have a sufficient volume of orders and decent income. How to properly distribute advertising demand while helping to grow those creators who are important for the development of the platform itself — the qualitative and original ones.

3️⃣ Expansion beyond VKontakte 🎯 Challenge — understand how to transform the product from a solution within one platform into a cross-platform one. What should a product look like where an advertiser can work with creators across multiple platforms simultaneously? How to transfer existing mechanics into an environment with different user scenarios and formats? What should be common, and what cannot simply be copied from VKontakte?

🔍 What is important for these positions:

• Readiness to quickly dive into a new subject area — experience specifically in AdTech or social networks is not required.
• Skill in turning a large and complex business task into a clear system of product problems and hypotheses.
• Depth: it is important to understand why the system works the way it does and what influences its behavior.
• Experience with tasks that require considering the interests of multiple parties and balancing contradictory metrics.
• Experience working with technically complex products: VK AdBlogger is integrated with billing, ORD, payment accounts, and other systems.
