We are looking for a Lead 1C:ZUP System Analyst to join a team that develops and supports HR functionality based on 1C. The team is responsible for organizational design, maintaining the organizational and management structure, staffing, HR processes, and bonus functionality.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing and supporting already implemented functionality, identifying and resolving errors, preparing minor enhancements and reports, as well as implementing specific business requests. The main focus of the role is not on developing functionality from scratch, but on in-depth work with the existing system, requirement analysis, and interaction with developers and the business.
Team: team lead, lead analyst, lead developer, 3 system analysts, and 4 developers.

Responsibilities
- Analyze the Company's business processes and identify needs for their improvement
- Analyze customer business requirements and formulate system requirements
- Assess the impact of planned enhancements on related functional blocks and systems
- Develop technical documentation: Terms of Reference, instructions, cover letters for architectural conclusions
- Test developed functionality and planned/unplanned releases, control the implementation of changes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a 1C analyst
- Deep knowledge of 1C:ZUP and experience working with this configuration
- Experience with HR processes and personnel records management, understanding of the organizational and staffing structure
- Experience in system analysis: gathering and analyzing requirements, setting tasks for development, supporting and enhancing existing functionality
- Experience working with 1C integrations with other systems
