SMM/Content Creator for the creative team of the "Aniva" Bio-Station
Responsibilities:
- Grow a blog-media about scientific discoveries and life at the bio-station
- Manage Instagram (owned by Meta, recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation), Telegram, VK together with the Creative Director and Scientific Journalist/Copywriter
- Create a monthly strategy and adapt content for different formats - from Reels to carousels
- Work with photo and video archives
- During the season, work directly on Sakhalin - shoot content, tell about life at the bio-station on Cape Anastasia (60 km from Hokkaido)
- Collaborate with scientists, researchers, artists
Requirements:
- Interest in marine biology, science, nature, research, and the unexplored landscapes of Southern Sakhalin
- Experience and real cases in SMM and content creation
- Ability to tell stories in text and video formats in such a way that they are read/watched to the end
- Knowledge of editing and basic design
- Proactivity in tasks
- Willingness to work in various conditions - shoot content in rubber boots on the littoral and in a conference hall
- Experience in NGOs or science will be a plus
Remote work with business trips to the station on Sakhalin Island
