We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to take charge of the development of infrastructure and a small infrastructure team.

We are seeking a hands-on specialist with a strong foundation in Linux, Kubernetes, and networking, who already has experience in technical leadership or team management and wants to grow further in this direction, not a manager who has long moved away from technical tasks.

What's important to us

— Experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure — 2+ years of experience in technical leadership or team management — Ratio of Lead/hand-on tasks - approximately 50/50 — Deep knowledge of Linux and network technologies — Practical experience in building and supporting Kubernetes infrastructure — Understanding of Infrastructure as Code — Experience in building fault-tolerant production infrastructure — Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting — PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Elasticsearch at the infrastructure operation level — Experience with Docker — Experience with KVM and LXC — Bash or Python for automation — Understanding of CI/CD and experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools

What you will be doing

— Developing testing and production infrastructure — Improving infrastructure stability and fault tolerance with a target uptime of 99.9% — Developing Kubernetes infrastructure — Preparing the existing SaaS platform for On-Prem deployment — Developing CI/CD processes — Improving monitoring, logging, and alerting — Participating in architectural and infrastructure solutions — Developing the infrastructure team and participating in specialist recruitment

Will be a plus

— Experience with bare metal and On-Prem infrastructure — Experience with infrastructure migration — Experience building HA systems — Experience with security best practices and understanding of OWASP Top 10 — Experience independently resolving complex production incidents
