Duty VIP Manager

N1 Partners Group is a multi-brand affiliate program that includes online casinos and betting brands. We are a fast-growing company with over 800 employees worldwide and looking for highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals, who are willing to share their thoughts and ideas with like-minded people and get additional knowledge and experience in return.

Responsibilities:

• Segment customer base.
• Contact with our VIP Customers and new customers.
• Build and maintain relationships by outbound calling, email, sms, whatsapp.
• Understand and analyze activities and trend of high-value customers.
• Develop effects and tools to encourage gaming activity.
• Shift schedule 2/2 (day/ night shifts).

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Russian.
• Basic understanding of customer psychology.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Experience with cold calls and objections, sales experience would be a plus.
