Looking for an ORM Lead for a major fintech project!
Format: remote (outside of Russia) / office in Cyprus.
The main task: managing and improving the company's online reputation, strengthening the brand image, and creating internal processes that comply with ORM standards.
⚙️** What you will be doing:**
Management
- Leading a team of ORM specialists: task delegation, prioritization, quality control, and feedback provision;
- Building internal processes from scratch: standard operating procedures (SOPs), methodological recommendations, response templates, communication standards;
- Coordinating with PR, SMM, customer support, and legal departments to ensure a unified brand voice.
Monitoring and Analytics
- Real-time monitoring of brand mentions across all platforms: social media, messengers, media, forums, review sites;
- Working with monitoring tools: Brand Analytics, YouScan, Mention, Medialog, or their equivalents;
- Analyzing message sentiment, identifying reputational risks and anomalous activity.
Managing Negative Reviews
- Developing a strategy for responding to negative content – from individual complaints to coordinated attacks;
- Prompt processing of negative reviews and comments on all platforms (Google, Trustpilot, App Store, Reddit, industry forums);
- Conducting discussions on behalf of the brand or neutral participants: addressing objections, neutralizing negative narratives, controlling the discussion agenda.
