An international iGaming company is looking for a Team Lead for the ORM department.
What you will do: — Lead a team of ORM specialists — Distribute tasks and monitor their completion — Build and optimize processes within the team — Monitor KPIs and quality of work — Participate in the development of the ORM strategy and the search for new solutions
What is important: — Experience in iGaming is mandatory — Team management experience — Understanding of ORM specifics and reputation management — Independence, systematic approach, and ability to work with KPIs — English will be an advantage
