Due to business scaling, we invite a Business Development Manager to join our analytical solutions team.
Our team's core specialization lies in data management, providing a full spectrum of services from MDM system implementation to building data warehouses (DWH) and Data Lakes on modern platforms. Within this direction, we also implement BI systems and support import substitution, including developing data management strategies for clients.
Projects span various industries such as banking, telecommunications, and manufacturing. Successfully implemented cases include an automated master data management system for Russian Railways (RZD), participation in big data projects for VTB, and the development of a production process management system for EuroChem.
Your Tasks
- Prospecting and acquiring Enterprise-level clients.
- Identifying needs, organizing meetings, conducting negotiations, presenting IBS products and solutions, and targeted customer development.
- Collaborating with IBS technological departments, jointly developing pre-sales and commercial projects.
- Working in CRM, planning and forecasting the sales funnel.
- Achieving personal sales targets.
- Participating in industry conferences and marketing activities.
Our Expectations
- Experience in independent sales of large and complex analytical projects and solutions: DWH, BI, MDM, RDM/Master Data, integration buses and ETL, robotics, and recognition.
- Excellent communication skills, willingness and ability to communicate with clients, develop customer relationships, and presentation skills.
- Experience in conducting negotiations with top executives (CxO).
- Understanding of industry specifics and client needs.
