In connection with the development of the structure, the analytical solutions development department is looking for a Business Development Director to join its team.

Our team's main specialization lies in data management and providing a full spectrum of services: from implementing MDM systems to creating data warehouses (DWH) and Data Lakes on modern platforms. Within this area, we also implement BI systems and support import substitution, including developing data management strategies for clients.

Projects cover various industries such as banking, telecommunications, and manufacturing. Among the implemented cases are an automated Master Data Management (MDM) system for Russian Railways, participation in big data projects for VTB, and the development of a production process management system for EuroChem.

Your tasks

• Organizing product portfolio management, adjusting it according to feedback and emerging trends.
• Planning business development and implementing sales strategy.
• Managing the full deal and commercial project cycle (presale, account management).

Our expectations

• Experience in complex sales in large IT companies working with the B2B segment, Enterprise (DWH, BI, MDM, RDM/MDM, integration buses and ETL, robotics and recognition).
• Understanding of industry specifics and client needs.
• Communication skills and experience in conducting negotiations at the decision-maker level.
