Location: Fully remote | Markets: Spain, Latin America

About us A video ad network with its own ad server, operating in the markets of Spain and Latin America. We monetize the inventory of CTV platforms and web publishers through direct integrations with ad networks and our own stack.

What you will do • Attract new sites (CTV apps, websites) and build long-term partnerships with them • Onboard publishers: technical integrations via VAST/VPAID, setting up tags in our ad server • Work with ad networks: connection, optimization of fill rate and eCPM • Analyze inventory performance and provide publishers with recommendations for monetization growth • Negotiate cooperation terms • Monitor traffic quality and compliance with brand safety standards ** What we are looking for** Junior • Understanding of programmatic and video advertising fundamentals (VAST, VPAID, ad tags) • Interest in working with partners and data • Spanish — confident (working level), English — basic • Structured, independent in a remote format

Middle • 1–3 years in a similar position: Publisher Manager, Partner Manager, Monetization Manager in adtech • Practical experience with VAST/VPAID integrations, working with an ad server (any) • Experience working with ad networks — negotiations, optimization • Understanding of the Spanish or LATAM market will be a plus • Spanish — confident, English — working level
