We're hiring an HR Data Analyst at Salmon 🐟

We're looking for someone who enjoys turning data into insights and helping build a truly data-driven HR function. As we're rolling out a new HR Tech architecture and implementing new systems, this role will play a key part in bringing together HR data from multiple sources, building predictive analytics, and delivering insights that influence business decisions.

You'll work on statistical analysis, forecasting, dashboards, workforce analytics, and end-to-end analytical projects, partnering closely with business leaders to shape our people strategy.

📍 Remote role, with overlap hours from 12:00 to 18:00 Manila time.
