We are looking for an analyst who will help us improve our workflow and abandon traditional tools (e.g., Excel) in favor of more modern technologies: SQL, Python, and BI systems, to make operational analytics more efficient and automated.
What you will be doing:
- Creating mathematical models for sales volume planning, sales quality, and distribution development strategies;
- Generating interactive reports in Power BI, as well as creating data marts and models for analytics;
- Migrating analytics to SQL, implementing automation to increase efficiency using Python;
- Writing technical specifications for developers and participating in the implementation of data marts;
- Ability to explain in simple and clear language, as well as the ability to defend your point of view when communicating with departments;
- Creating presentations, presenting analytical results to management and stakeholders.
What is important to us:
- Ability to analyze large arrays of data from various sources;
- Skills in visualizing interactive dashboards in BI systems (Power BI, Tableau);
- Ability to transform raw data into reports in SQL;
- Ability to transform and automate in Python;
- Understanding of the basic principles of retail network operation.
