Russian denim brand ZEEM is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.
The role involves autonomy, direct work with the owner, and influence on the financial structure.
Tasks (priority):
- Conducting a comprehensive financial audit of the company's current financial system (accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, tax risks, internal control)
- Identifying bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for optimization
- Preparing recommendations and a plan for improving financial discipline and transparency
- Further support for the implementation of changes (if mutually interested)
Requirements:
- Higher education in finance, economics, or accounting
- Experience as a Chief Financial Officer or Head of Finance Department for at least 5 years
- Mandatory and significant experience working with marketplaces (Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex.Market, etc.) — from 3 years
- Strong practical experience in conducting financial audits and optimizing finances in e-commerce
- Deep knowledge of the specifics of accounting and reporting for marketplace operations (commissions, deductions, logistics, returns, promotions)
- High analytical skills, principledness, and independent assessment
- Ability to work directly with owners
Conditions:
- Format: project-based (audit 2–4 months) with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent Chief Financial Officer position
- Remuneration level: competitive project fee + bonus based on audit results. Permanent salary to be discussed separately
