What you will do:

• Administer the credit portfolio: calculate interest and effective rates, maintain repayment schedules, control covenant compliance;
• Formulate and improve the cash flow report (short-term forecast, actual);
• Prepare analytical reports and explanations for bank monitoring and internal audits;
• Prepare operational reports on acquiring, search for and implement solutions to reduce acquiring costs;
• Support and refine Excel models (management reporting and financial model), participate in the digitalization of financial tools and processes;
• Manage projects for the implementation and modification of acquiring tools and other financial technologies;
• Negotiate with banks, coordinate agreements (lending, acquiring, banking products), maintain interaction on financial issues;
• Support the issuance of bank guarantees and the transition of suppliers to factoring;
• Assign tasks to specialists, control their execution, support the team.

What we expect:

• At least 3 years of experience in the finance function of a large company;
• Experience with credit documentation and/or preparation of reports for bank monitoring;
• Experience in automating and optimizing business processes;
• Understanding of RAS (Russian Accounting Standards), management accounting, and budgeting principles;
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including practical experience with complex formulas and pivot tables.
