Tetryka is the #1 online school in Russia, part of the VK Group ecosystem, and a Skolkovo resident. We are changing the approach to education: preparing for Unified State Exams/Basic State Exams, improving school subjects, and developing soft skills through innovative AI solutions.
What you will be doing
- Conducting 50+ video lessons per month using ready-made materials;
- Identifying parents' needs, diagnosing the child;
- Selling online courses for children: a course on working with neural networks for students in grades 5-11 and a course on developing soft skills for children aged 6-10;
- Working with already interested clients who have signed up for a lesson themselves;
You don't need to find them – your task is to sell.
What we offer
- Fully remote format. Standard is 176 hours per month (40 hours/week);
- Employment: weekdays from 16:00 to 21:00 (Moscow Time) / weekends from 09:00 to 21:00 (Moscow Time). The main workload is during these hours;
- No cold calling. Only warm leads who have already signed up for a lesson;
- In-demand product: mini-group classes for children:
- "Young Leaders": we teach how to find friends, assert personal boundaries, manage time, and speak confidently in public;
- "Artificial Intelligence": we dive into neural networks, show how to apply AI in studies, and improve digital literacy.
Remuneration:
- First full month – from 85,000 ₽;
- Average income – 100,000 ₽;
- Top managers reach an income of 160,000 ₽;
- Support for newcomers: a bonus of 20,000 ₽ based on the results of the first full month;
- Commission from sales – 3–10% without limits or thresholds.

Who we are looking for:
- At least 6 months of experience in active B2C sales;
- Experience in online education (EdTech), telecommunications, IT, banks, or microfinance organizations will be an advantage;
- You know the sales stages and objection handling;
- Willingness to sell via video and enjoy communication;
- Have a computer or laptop, stable internet, and a headset for communication;
- Relevant education (psychological or pedagogical) will be your advantage.
