We want to make Zvuk's growth predictable. Not just increasing the audience, but finding those who will stay with us for a long time. You will be the one who connects paid traffic, offers, and product into a unified system.

What your work will look like:

1. You discover hidden patterns

• Notice that the synergy of channel and offer brings users with LTV 40% above average
• Propose scaling this scenario to other channels
• A month later, see how CAC decreases and Retention grows

2. You build bridges between data and business

• Your dashboard doesn't just show metrics — it tells a story: "Here is where we lose users, here is where we can win"
• Marketers start using your reports as an instruction for action

3. You create a system that works without you

• Set up alerts that warn about a drop in conversion before the business notices it
• Your models predict the LTV of new users

You will definitely succeed if you:

• Have 3+ years optimizing business growth (media or kiksharing — doesn't matter, the main thing is the mindset)
• Know SQL and Python not only for reports but also for forecasts
• Can explain a complex model using a life example (e.g., why LTV is like friendship)
• See the difference between "just traffic" and "quality growth"
