The company is looking for a Chief Expert in Digital Channels and B2B Services Marketing for one of the largest Russian banks. Location: Moscow and Moscow Oblast, hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 from home). Salary range: up to 300 thousand rubles net (including base salary and quarterly bonuses).

The role combines strategic tasks for brand development and systematic operational work within the marketing department. The key goal is to scale the bank's presence in the federal agenda through events and media, increasing brand awareness with expert content and strengthening the perception of digital channels for business as a technological leader. The key task is to strengthen the B2B digital channels marketing team, focusing on image projects in Russian media (federal media, industry podcasts, and TG channels), participation in international events, and operational support for the division (distribution support, content production, etc.).

Requirements: A strong project manager with experience in fintech, banking, or IT – at the intersection of marketing, brand, and product, with a focus on image-related tasks. Experience in developing image-specific projects in federal media, as well as activities with viral and engaging game mechanics (native placements, viral posts, leaks, tests, etc.). Experience interacting with international contractors, platforms, and agencies is welcomed.
