For one of our clients, a TOP-10 company in the microfinance sector, we are searching for a Chief Marketing Officer.

Role Focus:

• traffic growth and diversification;
• development of a partner banking channel for acquisition;
• reduction of customer acquisition cost (CAC);
• increase in conversion rates for digital channels (App + Web).

We are considering candidates with proven experience in marketing management within credit products, fintech, banking, and other digital B2C businesses with high transaction frequency. Strong commercial logic, experience in achieving measurable growth in key performance indicators, and readiness to work in an environment with a high pace of change and a wide range of stakeholders are important. Experience in microfinance is desirable.
