We are conducting a search for the position of Chief Marketing Officer for one of our clients – a TOP-10 company in the microfinance sector.

Role focus:

traffic growth and diversification;
development of a banking partner acquisition channel;
reduction of customer acquisition cost;
increasing the conversion of digital channels (App + Web).

We are considering candidates with proven experience in marketing management in credit products, fintech, banking, and other digital B2C businesses with high transaction frequency. Strong commercial logic, experience in achieving measurable growth of key performance indicators, and readiness to work in a rapidly changing environment with a wide range of stakeholders are important.

Experience in microfinance is desirable.
