What you will be doing:
- Development of a strategy and plan for marketing activities to promote payment business products
- Approval of media plans for advertising campaigns and control of their effectiveness
- Working with contractors, creative agencies: participation in negotiations, approval of contracts, participation in organizing tenders, maintaining document flow in the bank's systems
- Writing briefs for agencies, developing and approving communication materials for launching advertising campaigns to attract new clients and increase service penetration for existing ones
- Forming marketing requirements for the product based on competitor analysis and marketing research
- Developing briefs for marketing research to identify needs, find insights, test product concepts, and assess customer satisfaction
- Working with bank partners, launching collaborations, joint promotions, and initiatives
- Working with information occasions and launching communication campaigns together with the PR department and Media Editorial Office
- Monitoring the competitive situation for similar products from other banks and developing proposals for the marketing activities plan
- Preparing post-analyses of marketing initiatives
Our requirements for candidates:
- Relevant experience of 3-5 years in marketing in banks or fin-tech / on the agency side for the financial sector
- Experience with the payment business segment will be an advantage
- Proven successful business marketing cases
- Proven experience using modern marketing communication tools: ATL, BTL, digital, social.
- Knowledge of media planning principles, communication channel management, and evaluation of their effectiveness
- Experience in preparing marketing business cases and analytical reports, preparing and launching federal advertising campaigns in various channels (online and offline), evaluating the effectiveness of conducted advertising campaigns
- Knowledge of marketing research types and the ability to apply research results in practice
