Title: Chief Expert of Regional Marketing (Federal Projects)

Your task will be to manage a large federal project (road show) with extensive geography across the Russian Federation.
What you will be doing:
- Full project implementation cycle: managing a series of regional events (BTL) covering 300+ cities (from concept to report)
- Concept development: refining event format and mechanics, finding effective channels for announcements and audience engagement
- Working with contractors: participating in tenders, selecting suppliers, concluding contracts, and monitoring performance
- Production management: briefing and supervising creatives and designers (developing designs for carriers, materials)
- Analytics and reporting: collecting and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing final reports and project presentations
- Document flow: maintaining project and contractor documentation (including work in SAP and Electronic Document Interchange systems)
- Communication: interacting with employees of other company departments to coordinate tasks and deadlines
- Budgeting: planning, defending, and controlling the execution of the project's annual budget
Our requirements for candidates:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or event industry
- Mandatory experience in implementing federal promotional campaigns and BTL events with wide geographical coverage (from 50 cities)
- Experience organizing road show events will be a plus
- Willingness to travel (up to 3 trips per month)
- Ability to create structured, visually appealing presentations for defending ideas and reporting (portfolio will be an advantage)
- Experience participating in tender procedures and working with contractors (search, selection, control)
- Ability to work with data, analyze event effectiveness, and draw conclusions based on numbers
- Cross-functional interaction and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience using AI tools for creating visual content is welcomed
