Responsibilities: — Development and implementation of the marketing strategy for Alfa Investments: identifying growth areas, priorities, and key initiatives; — Responsibility for marketing results: business growth through effective customer acquisition, strong product offerings, and communications; — Working with the customer funnel in collaboration with business and product teams: analyzing marketing campaign results, identifying problems and growth areas, developing and defending proposals for funnel improvement; — Development of product offers and value propositions in collaboration with business and product teams; — Management of comprehensive promotion: brand communications, media advertising, PR, owned channels, special projects, partnerships, and events; — Promotion of Alfa Investments in mobile products and development of the Telegram channel; — Management of the marketing budget and improvement of investment efficiency; — Leadership of the marketing team: setting goals, distributing responsibilities, fostering employee independence, and monitoring results; — Building effective collaboration with business, product, analytics, and other adjacent teams.
