Lead UX Researcher for the Avito Real Estate Team
About the Team
We are looking for a researcher to join the residential real estate team (classifieds cluster). The team is responsible for the convenience and safety of searching for apartments and houses for purchase and long-term rental, as well as for the experience of developers and agents. We are looking for a Lead UX Researcher for the developers team.
You will:
- conduct research: desk, qualitative, simple quantitative — independently or delegate to external contractors, control quality;
- proactively help teams translate data into solution ideas, track implementation quality;
- formulate the vision for user experience development, drive changes;
- involve the team in direct interaction with the user (User Days, Dogfooding, Gemba);
- systematize knowledge about the user and the market, simplify teams' access to it;
- manage the UX backlog and the taking of problems/requests from it into product roadmaps;
- independently manage your own workload.
We expect you to:
- be ready to propose, justify, and drive changes, see them through to results;
- have experience in building processes, can explain the results of their implementation;
- know how to conduct complex comprehensive and strategic research;
- know how to integrate research results into the work of teams;
- know how to effectively combine the context of different teams and the unit as a whole, build trusting relationships within the team;
- can speak the language of business and numbers, have developed strategic and systems thinking;
- focus on how to convert user knowledge into a growth point and a solution;
- have experience working in research within product companies;
- have already worked with real estate or with developers (a plus), be interested in the real estate market and B2B;
- have deep expertise in conducting qualitative research.
