About the team
We help people buy and sell personal items, electronics, building materials, business equipment — and much more. We develop the product catalog, expand delivery, and make transactions easy and secure.
Examples of future tasks:
- Manage a team of designers — provide art direction for solutions, set up efficient processes, develop each team member;
- Be a player-coach, have excellent visual references, strong visual skills, and be able to work quickly hands-on;
- Develop the experience and products in key categories;
- Build effective collaboration between design, product, business, and engineering teams.
- Formulate vision and work on product strategy, identify UX and UI improvement opportunities and know how to push them through to production.
It would be great if you:
- Have experience managing designers and understanding interface development processes.
- Can build product strategy and find solutions that impact business metrics.
- Have a deep understanding of UX/UI and can design convenient services.
- Are results-oriented, able to prioritize tasks and justify decisions.
