Deputy Regional Director of Economic Security for the "Russkiy Svet" Lighting Distribution Company
"Russkiy Svet" lighting distribution company is seeking a Deputy Regional Director of Economic Security.
"Russkiy Svet" is an official distributor for over 650 leading Russian and global manufacturers of electrical engineering and cable and wire products. The company has been operating since 1995 and has over 140 branches and representative offices throughout the Russian Federation and CIS countries.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and control of the assigned department's work;
- Planning of activities for the recovery of overdue accounts receivable;
- Conducting inspections in the Company's divisions to identify and prevent violations;
- Interaction with state bodies, providing assistance during investigative activities; protection of the company's economic interests in state bodies on matters within the department's competence;
- Analysis and tracking of accounts receivable dynamics, the status of debtor customers, and development of proposals for their repayment plans, which are then submitted to the direct supervisor;
- Collection, analysis, and verification of information and documents regarding debtor customers to plan recovery activities and measures;
- Recovery of overdue accounts receivable from the moment it originates until enforcement proceedings stage;
- Reporting.
Personal and Professional Qualifications:
- Higher education (law, economics);
- Good knowledge of Excel;
- Developed communication skills, ability to articulate thoughts clearly and persuasively (including in writing);
- Initiative, analytical mindset, integrity, stress resistance;
- Ability to process a large volume of information;
- Ability to work in a team for a common result.
