We are looking for an experienced Product Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop one of the priority areas — messenger channels;
- Guide tasks through the entire product development cycle — from formulating hypotheses to measuring the impact after launching changes to the product;
- Assign tasks to development, design, analytics, and testing teams and monitor their execution;
- Work out user scenarios, formulate technical (together with the development team), functional, and business requirements for the product;
- Launch A/B experiments, summarize results, and make decisions based on them.
We expect:
- Experience working with complex B2C (mobile) products with significant product logic
- Ability to find a balance between business, user, and technical constraints;
- Experience working directly with developers, designers, and researchers;
- Ability to identify problems, assess their scale, propose solutions, and express benefits in numbers;
- Ability to adhere to a data-driven approach, extract meaning from data;
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and defend one's point of view with arguments;
- Understanding of web and mobile application architecture, API principles;
- Possibility to work in a hybrid format in Moscow.
