🚀 We’re Hiring: Head of Business Development / LatAm Expansion

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, results-driven Head of Business Development to lead Latin American expansion for our client, a fast-growing fintech company.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on commercial leader with a strong hunter mindset, proven LatAm market expertise, and experience building businesses and teams from the ground up.

What you’ll own:

Market Expansion: Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy, launching operations across LatAm from scratch. Business Development: Identify, negotiate, and build strategic B2B partnerships and commercial opportunities. Team Leadership: Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing local team. Operations: Establish scalable sales, customer support, and partner management processes.

What we’re looking for:

3+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Expansion within Fintech / Tech / Digital industries. Proven experience launching or scaling operations in Latin America. Strong track record in building and leading teams. Languages: Fluent Russian, Spanish (C1–C2), and English (C1). Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and strong negotiation skills.
