Looking for a Tech Lead at EdTech company GeOnline GeOnline is an educational SuperApp with 10,000+ active users in Kazakhstan. We are building the №1 gamified platform in the country. We are currently moving away from outsourcing and assembling an in-house team. We need someone who will take charge of the technical side of the product.

What will you be doing? Build and lead an IT team: backend, mobile (Flutter), frontend (Next.js), DevOps. Implement gamification at the architectural level, an event-driven approach, and a data layer for analytics and AI. Work directly with the CEO on strategy and turn ideas into working features. Requirements 3–6 years of development experience. Proficient backend: Node.js, Python DevOps in practice: Docker, CI/CD, server setup. Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, REST API. Ability to set up backend + infrastructure from scratch independently. Experience scaling a product under growing load. Ability to assemble a team and establish development processes. Experience in EdTech or startups. Understanding of microservice architecture. Experience with mobile products. Understanding of gamification and event-driven systems. Understanding of product development (rapid hypothesis testing, MVP)
