Head of Legal

Head of Legal | Prague | Office / Hybrid

We are looking for a Head of Legal for an international AdTech company specializing in media buying and developing its own advertising products. You will be responsible for legal support of the business in the areas of advertising, mobile applications, and search projects.

📍 Location: Prague, Czech Republic 💻 Format: full-time, office or hybrid 💰 Compensation: discussed individually

Responsibilities:

• Support advertising projects and mobile applications. • Prepare and approve NDAs, IOs, B2B agreements, agency agreements, and other contracts. • Work with KYC, AML, and GDPR. • Prepare Terms of Service and Privacy Policies, support account verifications and audits in app stores. • Maintain interaction with payment platforms, including Stripe, Wise, and Oarex. • Advise HR, Finance, Product, and other internal teams. • Develop contract templates and legal document flow, coordinate external consultants and company registrations.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of legal experience in-house or in consulting with support for IT / digital business. • Strong practical experience in contract law and international projects. • Practical experience with KYC, AML, GDPR, and compliance. • Higher legal education. • English B2+ for work.

A plus would be experience in AdTech, mobile apps, fintech, and payment services, company registration, professional certifications, knowledge of Czech, Polish, or Ukrainian.
