Engineering Team Lead

An Engineering Team Lead position is open in a product e-commerce team at a company that recently became part of Fiverr. The company develops tools for online sellers worldwide, helping to scale and automate eCommerce businesses.

💼 Format and conditions:

• Work in an international product company
• Cross-functional team
• High degree of autonomy in decision-making
• Dynamic environment with a focus on results
• Communication language: English (Intermediate+)

🔧 Key tasks:

• Full responsibility for team delivery (2 products)
• Technical leadership in a multi-stack environment (Python / PHP / React)
• Management of a cross-functional team (Backend, Fullstack, QA)
• Maintenance and development of engineering standards (testing, quality, CI/CD)
• Balance between rapid feature development and product stability
• Work with architecture, APIs, asynchronous processing, and messaging systems

✨ What's important in terms of experience:

• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams
• Strong backend background (PHP or Python, 5+ years)
• Experience with APIs, databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with RabbitMQ / Celery
• Understanding of distributed / service-oriented architectures
• Experience in Agile (Scrum)
