BC is a large online project that provides users with a financial services selection service, helping them save time and money. The project has been dynamically developing for 18 years in Russia, CIS countries, and the global market, and is the undisputed leader in its field.

Responsibilities: • Installation, implementation, and support of CRM systems based on the boxed version of Bitrix24. • Drafting technical specifications for CRM enhancements. • Configuration, customization, and development of Bitrix24 CRM (personally or through a contractor). • Preparation of detailed technical and user documentation. • Working with CRM architecture, API integrations, and user scenarios. • User training and support, including the creation of instructions, guidelines, and video materials. • Project management: task setting, deadline control, interaction with the team and contractors.

Requirements: • Experience with data migration (import / export). • Ability to work with Bitrix24 documentation. • Skills in configuring and customizing Bitrix24. • Experience in Bitrix24 integration. • Experience in testing, debugging configurations, and integrations. • Skills in gathering and formalizing requirements, ability to write technical and user documentation. • Understanding of CRM architecture, API, user scenarios. • User training and support skills.
