We are looking for a Bitrix24 System Administrator
We are an international game development studio, existing for over 3 years, creating game projects and building internal processes based on modern automation tools.
We are looking for a specialist who will help integrate Bitrix24, Google Workspace, and other services into a single ecosystem where everything works quickly, logically, and without manual routine.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and full configuration of the Bitrix24 system for the needs of a game development studio
- Creating the company structure: departments, roles, permissions, projects, Kanban boards
- Setting up business processes and automations (onboarding, feedback, QA, partnerships, HR)
- Integrating Bitrix24 with Google Workspace, GitHub, Discord, Telegram, Notion, and other tools
- Setting up CRM for working with contractors, freelancers, and external teams
- Implementing automations through n8n, Make (Integromat), or custom solutions (API, Webhooks, scripts)
- Developing instructions, documentation, and training the team to work with the system
- Supporting and developing the automation infrastructure
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience with Bitrix24 (CRM, tasks, business processes, automation)
- Knowledge of all key system modules: CRM, tasks and projects, automation, reports
- Skills in integrating systems via API / Webhooks / n8n / Make
- Ability to document processes and train users
- Responsibility, structured thinking, and results orientation
Will be a plus:
- Experience in game development or IT companies
- Knowledge of Jira, Notion, Trello
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Scripting/bot development skills (Python, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, GPT-API, Claude, Make AI actions, etc.)
