Tasks:
- Gather and clarify business requirements together with stakeholders
- Formulate and maintain requirement documentation in Confluence and BPMN
- Analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimization solutions
- Organize and conduct meetings with business and IT teams to align requirements
- Participate in testing and validation of solutions, ensuring their compliance with requirements
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst in the banking or financial sector
- Knowledge and practical application of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work with Confluence, Jira, BPMN tools
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, ability to ask the right questions
- Quick learner, ready to work on multitasking projects
